Highland Haggis Festival

The first Highland Haggis Festival proved to be a great success after exceeding the organisers expectations. The festival took place in Spean Bridge on Saturday (11/04/15) celebrating the iconic traditional dish. The event had a programme of free events including haggis cookery demonstrations from local chefs from The Old Station Restaurant and Russell’s Restaurant and world-renowned Haggis producer Macsween’s chef Colin Busey.
