Our Demo-Station™ kitchens are based on a portable modular system that incorporates:

  • 4 zone touch sensitive induction hob
  • Fan oven with grill
  • Under counter fridge
  • Drawers and storage
  • 2.6 metre worktop and rear prep table with storage
  • Rear preparation unit with storage drawers
  • PA System
  • Twin wireless headsets (additional wireless handheld microphone)
  • Overhead TV monitor with live camera feed of preparation and cooking area
  • Full compliment of chefs equipment and crockery
  • Mobile hand wash sink unit
  • H&S equipment (1st aid kit, fire extinguisher & fire blanket)
  • Waste bins and cleaning equipment
  • PA System

That, when combined, offers a platform for professional or celebrity chefs to ‘showcase’ produce or products in an entertaining, informing and innovative way.

They are perfect for in-store cookery demonstrations and live food events, suited for a wide variety of venues.

Their compact design belies their performance and event presence.

Within our Demo-Station™  units we have managed to incorporate a full sized induction hob, fan oven with grill, an under-counter fridge with ice box, storage drawers and cupboards.

Most demonstration kitchens stop at this point; not us. We have added a 40″ HD screen linked to the latest Sony HD camera. This enables the hob and preparation area to be viewed by the audience even if seated or stood back from the kitchen.

We have built in a rack-mounted PA system, powered by Sennhieser, that offers the choice of two radio microphones (headsets or handheld microphones). The sound system can also support music playback via a CD player or any other portable music device.

The Demonstration kitchens can be wheeled straight into your store or venue.

The Cookery Theatre Kitchen requires a floor area of 4 metres by 4 metres and to run at full capacity 2 x 32 amp power sockets and 1 x 16amp is required. We can make adjustments to the set up to compensate for available space and power at your venue.

We have over 15 years experience in this field.

 We have completed over 500 in-store and event cookery demonstrations on our own in house designed and built cookery demonstration kitchens.

We offer a range of hire packages for all our demonstration kitchens. Prices start at £1125 per day with discounts for multi days hire. When you hire a kitchen from us you get much more than the kitchen. We are here to assist you from A to B.
Our Cookery Theatre Kitchen and Demo-Station™ units are available to hire for any event, from in-store demonstrations to food festivals anywhere in Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Hire charges from £1125 including all chef equipment, Food Standard Agency approved hand wash sink and set-up. We have a set delivery and collection charge of 0.45 pence per mile. We find that this is the fairest way to cover this cost. We offer discounts for multi unit/day bookings.
