The first Highland Haggis Festival proved to be a great success after exceeding the organisers expectations. The festival took place in Spean Bridge on Saturday (11/04/15) celebrating the iconic traditional dish. The event had a programme of free events including haggis cookery demonstrations from local chefs from The Old Station Restaurant and Russell’s Restaurant and world-renowned Haggis producer Macsween’s chef Colin Busey.
For the 3rd year running it was once again an honour to be part of The Big Eat Weekend at Intu Braehead. The food extravaganza hosted by 2011 Britain’s Got Talent semi finalist Edward Reid.
