From the initial contact through to the end of our event, The Cookery Theatre company were professional and friendly to deal with. They were always quick to respond to any questions and as a result it allowed us to continue planning our event with ease. The set up and dismantle of the unit was very straight forward and done in a quick and efficient manner. Our demonstrations at the Leeds Food Festival 2015 went really smoothly and all of the chefs that used the equipment were really impressed not only with the look and finish of the unit but also it’s ease of use. My name is Hayley and I am the owner of WeeCOOK professional chef services. Over the past 4 years I have been lucky enough to work with Chris & Rachel from ‘The Cookery Theatre Company’ at food events in the Intu Breahead shopping centre. My business provides freelance chefs for anything from relief work to cooking demo’s so we work in and see a vast range of professional, domestic kitchens and demo kitchens. I’m not joking when I say that the cookery theatre demonstration kitchens are better equipped than many restaurant kitchens.
